SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment method: Australia Post

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

Shipment cost: $10 Flat Rate

Artworks

Freight for shipping of Artworks will be calculated based on weight/destination.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Death Do Us Art ships to addresses within Australia, and ships to PO Box addresses. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Death Do Us Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Death Do Us Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at Death Do Us Art.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

 

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
